Understand the roofing work behind your insurance claim
Insurance paperwork can be difficult to follow. We help document the property and explain the construction scope while your insurer determines coverage under your policy.
1. Document the conditions
We inspect accessible areas, record relevant observations and identify information that needs further review.
2. Review the available estimate
We compare the construction scope with available measurements and photos. An estimate review may require a property inspection.
3. Clarify differences
We identify supported construction questions and prepare documentation for items that need clarification. A requested change is not an approved change.
4. Agree on your project
Your agreement identifies the work, selections and payment terms. We explain which trades are included and which are not.
5. Complete the agreed work
We coordinate materials, scheduling and the trades included in your signed scope and approved changes.
6. Document completion
We prepare the applicable completion records for work performed. Any remaining insurance payment depends on your policy, the supporting documents and your insurer’s review.
